ORDERS
You can order the musical instrument you wish in one of the following ways:
- By phone at +30 28210 80118. Please contact me and pay by sending a postal money order or bank check.
You can also place an online order by filling out the online order form.
Enter your name and surname, the address to which the order should be sent, your telephone number, and your email address and send the online order to us .
In no event will these data be disclosed, published or sold to any third party.
- Deposit the payment into our Eurobank account. First enter your personal details into the provided order form and selected this payment method. When you submit the form, our account number appears on the screen, into which the payment should be deposited. After it has been confirmed that the order was correctly placed, we shall contact you and we shall proceed with the shipment of the ordered product.
- Payment with visa, MasterCard, Euro line credit card. First enter your personal details and select this payment method. Then you are automatically transferred to the Eurobank website , where you can securely settle your payment online by bank wire transfer. The approval is directly provided through the bank server, while your details are not disclosed to us (e.g. your card number). After we are notified by the bank that the amount had been successfully transferred, we confirm the order and contact you to inform you as to the shipping of the ordered product.
You can also select a payment in 2 interest-free instalment, if the amount due exceeds €150 or 3 interest-free instalments, if the amount due exceeds €300.
Shipping and handling charges, as well as VAT are included in the sales prices.
The order will be shipped to its destination as soon as possible (ranging from 1 to 5 days) with a forwarding company, which shall contact you and deliver the musical instrument to you personally. ( The choice of the forwarding company is based on criteria, such as reliability , safety and reasonable prices ).
Caution! Open the package in the presence of the forwarder to examine its contents. The shipped instrument is packed using the best possible method. However, the package is insured prior to shipping against potential damages!
PACKAGE
The shipped product is packed into a wooden box made of 8mm plywood. The box ' s weight is almost the same with the instrument ' s weight .
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF ORDERS
If for any reason you wish to cancel the order , please contact us by phone (+30 28210 80118) or e-mail (info@tetraktis-studio.com) before the packaged item is delivered to the forwarding company. If it has been already delivered, you shall cover the shipping charges .
Should you wish to return the instrument to us for any reason , you are entitled to do so within 5 days from its receipt day, after you have contacted us by phone . The instrument should be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you , while the package should remain sealed and be accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice . In this case , you shall cover only the shipping costs. After the package is safely delivered, your money will be refunded within 5 days .
GUARANTEE
These instruments are manufactured with special attention and care using selected materials! Usage with caution can ensure an unlimited lifetime. Their most sensitive part, which wears out according to use, is the goat skin.
All instruments are covered by a one-year guarantee that is valid 12 months from the date of purchase against the following defects and/or events:
- Detachment of the goat skin
- Damage to the electrical system .
- Non delivered order
- Damages during delivery, provided that the package is insured.
Indispensable presupposition is to open the package in front of the forwarder and inspect it for possible damages, so that the legal indemnification can be duly claimed!
The guarantee does not cover the following defects:
- Tearing of the goat skin due to abuse, burning or acids
- Br eakage of the ceramic part of the instrument
- Damage to the electrical system caused by misuse (breakage of accessories, cables, mishandling)
- Damage to the protective ropes added to certain instruments
- Shipping and handling expenses.
If you wish to use this guarantee, you should securely dispatch the instrument in its original package that ensures a safer transport, include a copy of your purchase receipt, as well as the defective parts, if any. Insure the package prior to shipment against possible damages! You shall be charged the shipping cost.

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
Should any dispute or claim arises as a result of the electronic shop operation and the contracts for the purchase and/or sale of the products stated herein, it shall be governed by and construed under the Greek Law and shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction, namely the courts of Hania .

By submitting the order form , the customers state that they are aware and agree to the terms and conditions appurtenant to the transaction, as set forth in this section and agree to carry out the purchase in accordance with the stipulated terms and conditions .
